Product Care & Maintenance

Your eyewear is more than just a pair of frames, it’s an investment... in yourself. So, pursue frames of note, character, and quality. And, with that investment necessitates the right care. 'You take care of it, it will take care of you', as the folks at DeadEyes are fond of reminding!

Daily Cleaning

  • Microfiber cloth only: Always use the provided microfiber cloth to gently remove smudges and foreign matter on the lenses. The right cleaning materials will extend the life of the lenses.

  • Lens solution: Apply a small amount of ophthalmological lens-specific cleaning fluid directly onto the lens and wipe with your microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals such as alcohol, ammonia, glass cleaners or harsh detergents.

Handling Your Frames

  • Two hands are better than one: When putting on or taking off your eyewear, always use both hands to prevent twisting or bending the frame.

  • Keep them secure: Ideally, when not wearing your frames, keep them safely in their case.

Safe Storage

  • Protective case: Store your eyewear in the provided case when not in use. This prevents scratches and minimizes exposure to dust and dirt.

  • Avoid extreme conditions: Keep your frames away from heat when not worn, as in a hot car. Extreme temperatures can affect both frames and lenses.

Professional Maintenance

We recommend having your eyewear adjusted by a professional optician whenever necessary.
